When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items MUST be reported to Deboer Grooming Supplies within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards, damaged packaging or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the products you ordered.
Keep your invoice with your important records.
Registered users may log in and view order history and track orders.
Guest users and Registered Users will also receive an email with the shipping information included.
If there is an issue or the email was accidently deleted, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-787-2036 and we will track your order for you.
Free shipping is available for all orders over $80 before taxes except on the following items: 5 gallon containers of shampoo, stand dryers, grooming tables & grooming arms. In addition, clearance items can receive free shipping but do not count toward the $80 minimum.

Free shipping is by least costly method to your postal code. If you prefer a different level of service you must pay the cost difference.

To return a product to Deboer Grooming Supplies, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the allowed return period for the product (described above). Please contact us by telephone to receive an RMA number. Deboer Grooming Supplies will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Deboer Grooming Supplies RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Deboer Grooming Supplies. The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Deboer Grooming Supplies Returns Procedure will be breached and Deboer Grooming Supplies will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
All items except consumables & perishables (eg. aerosols and shampoos) and unsealed books, may be returned, within 30 days of purchase. The returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit. If a refund is desired instead, a restocking charge of 5% will be applied. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. Items originally shipped with our Free Shipping promotion will be credited back minus the original actual shipping charges.

No. You cannot have more than one billing address in our system. But you can change your billing address by editing it.
For your Credit Card to be accepted by our system, your billing address should be the same as the billing address for the credit card you are using for your purchase.
At Deboer Grooming Supplies, we take your credit card security very seriously. We make every effort to make sure your credit card details remain secure, and no one will be able to alter your credit card information without your knowledge.
For this reason, you cannot edit the name on a credit card, nor can you edit the card type. The account number of the card will always be encrypted values for your security. If your credit card number changes for any reason (for example, your bank issues you a new card), this is treated as a new card, and should be entered as a new card.You can enter a new card when you check out.
If you need to change the expiration date on a credit card, you can do it in two ways:
Edit your Card Without Making a Purchase:

Log in to your account Click on "Update Existing Cards" on the left-hand side of the page

Edit Your Card While Making a Purchase:
Click on "Checkout" Click on "Pay with Credit Card"
Click "I want to Pay with existing Credit Card"
Click on the "EDIT" icon to the right Change the expiration date
If you would like to enter a new credit card, you will click on "I want to use a new card", in the checkout. This is so your new credit card information can only be entered in a secure https environment.
To use a Store Credit for a purchase, it must be manually entered by one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-787-2036 during our business hours and ask for assistance in placing your order.
If it is not convenient for you to call, as an alternative method, you may place an order on the website and put a note asking to use your store credit in the "Special Instructions for My Order" box near the bottom of the check out page. Please note that the Store Credit will NOT be reflected in your checkout at the time. The credit will not appear until it has been manually entered after we receive your order.
At this time we are unable to apply a store credit to a PayPal purchase.
Below are a sampling of error messages we have seen customers report over time. If you are having difficulties processing your order/credit card please review the following errors to see if you can correct your problem. 1. Error: We are not able to process your credit card due to the following reason - Denied:Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed. What it means: The credit card was declined by your credit card provider. Please contact your card provider or try a different payment method.
2. Error: We were unable to process your Credit Card because the address information you provided does not match the billing address of your credit card. – Postal Code matches, but Address does not What it means: Please fix your address information to match what is on file with your credit card.
3. Error: We are not able to process your credit card due to the following reason - CVV2 does not match What it means: Please check that you entered the security code of your credit card correctly.
4. Error: We were unable to process your Credit Card because the address information you provided does not match the billing address of your credit card. - Address and Postal Code do not match What it means: Please update your credit card details by filling in your street address and postal code in the fields provided.
Our site does not charge the full amount of your order immediately upon finalizing it in the checkout in case we need to make adjustments for discounts or shipping fees. We process the full amount once the order is ready to ship
The $1 charge is a preauthorization to make sure the ard is open and in good standing. Preauthorizations always show as $1 on a CC statement. It will fall off your statement after 2-3 business days.
When using a promotional code, be sure to read the entire list of restrictions associated with the promotion. The promotion rules and restrictions are listed on the promotional email you received.
